It was a great trip but I was glad to get home

Just got back from a visit with my daughters and son-in-law.

I had a lot of fun, as usual.

Neva and I went out shopping at thrift stores on several days. We even hit a half price sale at one store where I found some of the blue jean pants with elastic waist that I can never find at home in Alabama. Was very glad to find those!

We ate out a couple of times and the food was always really good.

One time, I ate Chinese food with Deb where the Down South Sisters store is in Shelby. It was really good and was fun to spend Deb’s lunch with her while Neva minded the store.

Another time, we ate out at a restaurant called Fatz and I wondered if they named it Fatz because everyone was fatter when they left, ha.

It was really good food and they even had a list of foods that didn’t have MSG in them, which was really good for Neva cause she can’t eat food that has that in it.

I had to have two bags of fluids when I returned home and I’m gonna have to have a scan cause I’ve been having some dizziness and headaches.

Glad to be home but it was sure a fun visit.
